The site is a bilingual knowledge and experimental interface operated within Zhovten Games. It may contain research, source code, creative concepts, prototypes, and material concerning horror, war, violence, and other mature themes. Features, routes, and experimental mechanisms may change as the project develops.

3. Intellectual property and licences

Reuse is governed by the Licensing page. Access to the site does not transfer ownership of names, logos, characters, the game world, or any material for which no licence is expressly granted.

4. Permitted use

You may read the site, follow public links, and use licensed material within the applicable licence. You may not bypass access controls, attack infrastructure, generate malicious or abusive automated traffic, impersonate the studio or authors, or claim another party’s material as your own.

5. Experimental features

The corpus index, local AI-companion scenarios, embedded PDF viewer, and other features are provided as is. Companion answers are informational editorial material and do not constitute medical, legal, or other professional advice.

6. External services

The site links to GitHub, Zenodo, ORCID, OpenAI, InterDead, and other external resources. Their use is governed by the respective operators’ own terms.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Zhovten Games is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, or decisions made solely on the basis of experimental site content.
