1. General position

Zhovten Games openly uses lawful computational tools, including OpenAI GPT models, as part of its creative, research, and software workflows.

2. Uses

AI-assisted tools may support ideation, drafting, editing, prototyping, code work, research, localisation, verification, and automation. The exact toolset may change with the workflow.

3. Human responsibility

Direction, selection, editing, integration, verification, and publication decisions remain human responsibilities. Model output is a candidate and becomes accepted material only after review under project rules.

4. Site companion

The current AI-companion panel renders pre-approved questions and answers from the public corpus projection. It accepts no arbitrary user text and does not call an external model while the page is being viewed.

5. Authorship and rights

Use of AI tools does not transfer rights in original brands, characters, worlds, software architecture, or editorial direction. Reuse of published results is governed by the licensing map and any material-specific notice.

6. Third-party terms and updates

Use of OpenAI and other providers remains subject to their current terms and policies. This Policy will be updated if the actual use of AI or the site’s runtime behaviour changes.
