Effective date: 30 August 2026.

1. Who we are

IRON CREED is a Zhovten Games project. The site publishes bilingual material and local interactive scenarios.

2. Current processing state

The application has no user registration, first-party database, comments, analytics, advertising profile, or free-text AI input. The companion panel uses pre-approved answers and does not send text to an external LLM while a visitor browses the site.

3. Local storage

The browser locally stores the selected colour theme, panel state, completion of the one-time welcome window, and acknowledgements of notices for specific materials. During the current session it also remembers that the loading screen has already been shown. These values remain on the device, are not sent to IRON CREED, and do not create an account.

4. Technical logs

Hosting and security infrastructure may process ordinary network data such as IP address, browser type, request time, and security logs. Infrastructure operators process this data under their own terms to deliver, diagnose, and protect the service.

5. Local audio

The IRON CREED anthem is not loaded automatically. After you press play, the browser receives a verified audio copy as a same-origin site asset: starting or stopping playback does not make a direct request to Suno, and IRON CREED does not store listening history. The original Suno publication remains linked as source attribution.

6. External links

Links to GitHub, Zenodo, ORCID, InterDead, LinkedIn, and other sites open resources with their own privacy policies. IRON CREED does not control their subsequent processing.

7. Feature changes

Adding accounts, analytics, an external LLM, input forms, or server-side storage requires a prior update to this Policy and the project Legislation.

8. Rights and contact

Depending on jurisdiction, you may have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection concerning personal data actually processed by the relevant operator. For project enquiries, use the Zhovten Games LinkedIn page.
